I'm not satisfied until you are! I stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all buzzing items. If you are not happy with your purchase or experience an issue with a product within the first 30 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for a merchandise credit. 

REFUNDS (ALL OTHER ITEMS)

Due to the intimate nature of the Pure Romance product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
